Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in land acquisition. Must possess strong analytical skills, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in market research tools.

This position reports directly to the VP of Land Acquisitions. The position is responsible for managing the division’s land acquisitions program and for promoting positive/effective relationships with land sellers and the brokerage community.
