The Architectural Designer IV leads design efforts, manages projects from concept to completion, and oversees the preparation of construction documents. They are also responsible for mentoring junior staff and coordinating with consultants to ensure technical accuracy and project success.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 10 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, while a Master’s degree and pursuit of licensure are preferred.

The Role
The Architectural Designer IV is responsible for leading design efforts, overseeing the preparation of construction documents, and mentoring junior staff.
