Responsible for driving factory manufacturing availability and optimizing the end-to-end raw material supply chain to reduce risk and waste. The role involves managing supplier quality issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring junior engineers within the wafer packing ecosystem.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a related technical field with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years. Candidates must have expertise in semiconductor operations, supply chain planning, and data analytical tools like Power BI.
Supply Chain Engineer is responsible for driving improvement to factory manufacturing availability and to liaise with the factory to drive materials gap analysis closure plans due to supply and or quality issues. Additionally, a core deliverable will be to optimize the end-to-end raw material supply chain helping to ensure we have low risk throughout, defined business continuity plans, and optimized usage by reducing waste.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field and 6+ years of experience OR PhD in the same fields and 4+ years of experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,860.00-231,670.00 USD
