Define and execute failure analysis strategies to resolve process and product failures in semiconductor technology. Conduct laboratory evaluations of integrated circuits to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD. Proficiency in semiconductor device physics, circuit design, or fault isolation methodologies is essential.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following areas through coursework or professional experience:
- Semiconductor device physics.
- Digital or analog circuit design and validation.
- Defect detection or fault isolation methodologies in manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in group problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
- Familiarity with test environments and process manufacturing debugging.
