Assembly Lead – 1st Shift (7:00am to 5:00pm) $20+/hr.
US Conec is seeking a proactive and bilingual Assembly Lead to oversee kit inspection and assembly operations on our 1st shift team. In this role, you’ll guide and support assembly operators, ensure compliance with standardized procedures, and drive quality, safety, and productivity across the department. You’ll play a key role in training, troubleshooting, and team development—all while maintaining a high level of communication and organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
