The Plant Manager leads the site leadership team to drive business performance, safety, and operational excellence while owning the full site P&L. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing asset reliability, and fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement.
Requires 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in food or beverage, with a proven track record of P&L accountability. A bachelor's degree in engineering or operations is required, with an MBA preferred.
