The Scheduling Consultant coordinates and manages construction schedules, performing site inspections and forensic analysis to evaluate project progress. They are responsible for analyzing delays, managing timelines and expenses, and preparing technical reports for clients.
A bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is required, with a preference for 2-5 years of scheduling experience and a PSP certification. Proficiency in CPM techniques and software such as Primavera 6, Microsoft Project, and ASTA Powerproject is essential.
Summary:
As a YA Scheduling Consultant, you will be working independently to coordinate and manage construction schedules for various projects. Scheduling Consultants are responsible for performing inspections of project sites to evaluate project progress, conducting analysis of project documents and data, effectively relaying findings, and updating schedules. Scheduling Consultants are expected to use a large measure of independent judgement, considering and weighing alternatives when appropriate, taking into account the financial and operational significance of the services being performed.
This is an onsite role based in New Albany, OH.
