As a Senior or Principal Engineer at Toole Design, you'll lead the design and delivery of high-quality multimodal transportation projects that make communities safer and more connected. You'll guide civil design on everything from roadway reconstructions and urban streetscapes to signature trail corridors-collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams from concept through construction. Along the way, you'll mentor junior staff, lead stakeholder engagement, and turn complex challenges into creative, buildable solutions.
