Job Summary
B&A is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site position. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply for this exciting and impactful opportunity.

Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
Analyzes mission and product requirements to design and document system solutions using engineering principles and technical design tools (e.g., models, diagrams, and specifications).
Evaluates complex problems by reviewing related information, comparing alternative approaches, and selecting options based on cost/benefit and operational impact.
Assesses how changes in conditions, operations, and environments affect system outcomes.
Applies deductive reasoning and structured pattern/sequence analysis to develop sound recommendations and support implementation of effective solutions.
Education and Experience
Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
