The Construction Manager monitors and documents the execution of site, structural, and electrical work for transportation and water infrastructure projects. They ensure work adheres to contract documents, safety policies, and quality control programs while coordinating with engineering teams.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or at least 6 years of comparable field experience, with 10-15 years preferred. Candidates must be able to work 80% in the field, including nights and weekends, and possess authorization to work in the U.S.
The Opportunity
The Construction Manager will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and documenting the timely and safe execution of site, structural, and electrical work performed in the field by construction and contracting crews for bridges, dams, highways, and other types of transportation or water construction projects.
Observation of existing conditions, work in progress, and completed work will be the responsibility of the Construction Manager and requires coordination with engineering & design teams as needed. The incumbent may function as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Engineer, or Senior Inspector with various clients
The Construction Manager will also assist in on-site resolution of construction-related issues as they are identified and ensure that work is done in accordance with contract documents. This position is heavily field-based. Our goal is to provide construction management services in the form of project engineering and inspection services to Departments of Transportation, Counties, and Municipalities.

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $ $91,100 - $123,200
