The Welder Helper is responsible for preparing parts, moving materials between workstations, and assisting welders with grinding and cleaning. They must maintain a clean workspace and ensure all products meet quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods is required.

As a Welder Helper, you will be responsible for ensuring parts are available, moving materials between workstations, grinding and cleaning welds, drilling and taping holes, and general assistance to welders. Must work individually and as a team as required to achieve production, quality, and quantity goals. Performing repetitive work is essential.
