The General Operator is responsible for manufacturing high-quality parts by operating machinery, interpreting blueprints, and following work instructions. They must also maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools. Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or labor is preferred, along with basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail.

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused team member to support our manufacturing operations by producing high-quality parts in a timely manner. This role works cross-functionally with other departments and plays a key part in maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role will include potentially working with Carbon Fiber on both the layup or finishing side, operating a CNC, router, using hand tools, working a paint gun, gluing foam, or more.
