The Research Operations Specialist manages operational processes for the Business Intelligence Center, including contract administration, vendor relationship management, and team coordination. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant professional services experience and a bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Proficiency in internal tools like SharePoint and external research platforms is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Working closely with BIC leadership, the Business Intelligence Specialist - Operations role will help to manage the various operational processes that exist across the function. The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and executing key operational processes that drive the success of the function, evolve our culture, and ensure that we provide a seamless service to our internal clients and our team.
The Research Operations Specialist, know internally as Business Intelligence Specialist - Operations, is a full-time role located in Dallas, Texas or Southfield, MI, and reports to a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist. Paid relocation is not available for this position.
