The Program Manager will oversee public sector energy efficiency programs in Southern California, managing subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of project management experience in energy efficiency or utility programs. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 20% within Southern California are required.

Program Manager, Public Sector Energy Efficiency
Location: Los Angeles, CA (candidates must be in California to be considered)

The selected candidate will support our Public Sector Energy Efficiency programs in Southern California. Working closely with the portfolio manager, this individual will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the successful delivery across multiple functional areas, including internal operations, client support, and stakeholder management.
You will build and manage relationships with customers, building owners, property managers, developers, and key community stakeholders aligned with energy efficiency products and services. You’ll manage subcontractors and design/implement program strategies and plans.
Working closely with the client and our nation-wide implementation team, you’ll focus on bringing energy efficiency and bill savings to all customers including under-served communities, providing safer, more energy efficient housing, and ensuring energy grid stability.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
