Manage the full lifecycle of technical and compliance documentation for hyperscale data center projects to ensure accuracy and traceability. Act as the gatekeeper for the project's single source of truth by coordinating between engineering, construction, and operations teams.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably within mission-critical environments like data centers or energy. Proficiency in English and Portuguese, along with experience in DMS tools like ACC or SharePoint, is essential.
As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in managing and safeguarding all technical, design, construction, and compliance documentation across a fast-growing hyperscale data center program.
You will ensure that every drawing, model, report, specification, contract, and change document is accurate, traceable, and aligned with strict internal, client, and regulatory requirements. You will act as the gatekeeper of the project’s single source of truth, enabling coordination across engineering, construction, commissioning, quality, operations, consultants, and contractors.
This role is essential to maintain transparency, compliance, and governance as we expand our portfolio and scale our project delivery capabilities.
