About the Role

We are looking for an Offer Marketing Manager to drive the growth and competitiveness of our Home Solutions portfolio (includes Wiring Devices and Connected Systems) in Vietnam. This role is critical in shaping product strategy, go‑to‑market execution, and commercial performance across channels.

You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment with strong exposure to key stakeholders

 

Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Management (4Ps Leadership)

• Own the product marketing strategy across the full product lifecycle (launch, growth, optimization, phase‑out).
• Define and execute the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategy to maximize market penetration and profitability.
• Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging tailored to different customer segments (contractors, distributors, specifiers, developers).

Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Excellence

• Lead new product launches from concept to market execution, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment.
• Support pricing strategy, margin management, and competitive benchmarking.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools (presentations, brochures, training, competitive battle cards).

Market & Customer Insights

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the wiring devices or adjacent electrical industry.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap and commercial strategy.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally.

 

Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regional/Global Marketing teams.
• Influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
• Coordinate with external partners (agencies, distributors, industry platforms) when needed

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally B2B.
• Exposure to electrical, wiring devices, building materials, industrial products, or a closely related industry.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the 4Ps of marketing.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to commercial results.
• Proven stakeholder management skills in a matrix or cross‑functional environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile, and changing environment.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Prior sales experience or significant sales collaboration exposure.
• Experience working with distribution channels and project‑based markets.
• Regional exposure across Southeast Asia
