GCC Service Operations Support
Enables end-to-end planning of materials, tools, and manpower for field execution
Acts as a centralized support function for Service Operations teams across regions
Operates in a 24/7 model to ensure continuous planning and operational readiness
Provides planning support across APAC and LATAM regions
Ensures timely availability of resources to enable smooth service execution in the field
Drives planning efficiency, coordination, and operational consistency across regions
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning quality and execution readiness across all regions
Own planning governance, SLA adherence, and service contract alignment
Oversee 12-week long-term and 3-week short-term planning cycles
Optimize resource allocation, crew composition, and workload balancing
Ensure first-time-right work order planning with complete technical data
Drive work bundling and scheduling efficiency to maximize productivity
Ensure tools, parts, and services are ready before crew mobilization
Manage cross-functional coordination across Operations, TSE, Contract Management, and Supply Chain
Handle escalations and proactively remove planning blockers
Track and improve KPIs: planning accuracy, cycle time, utilization, and backlog
Build team capability through coaching, standardization, and knowledge sharing
Drive continuous improvement, digital adoption, and process excellence
Support and sustain 24/7 operational coverage across global regions, ensuring planning continuity across all shifts and time zones
8-12 years of experience in service operations or planning roles
Experience in wind industry (preferably Vestas turbines)
Background in manufacturing / automobile / electronics service operations (preferred)
Knowledge of entitlement and commercial customer requirements
Ability to read technical documents and engineering drawings
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office tools
Strong process-driven and structured working approach
Good technical communication skills
Strong time management, self-organization, and resilience
Competencies
Strong people leadership and team management in a GCC or global environment
Deep technical understanding of wind turbine service operations and planning
Expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource optimization methodologies
