The Survey Technician will assist Professional Surveyors with CAD production, survey research, boundary analysis, and the preparation of legal descriptions and exhibits. They are also responsible for processing raw field data, performing QA/QC checks, and coordinating with field crews and office staff.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. Experience with ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, and topographic surveys is required, while an Associate Degree or SIT/CST certification is preferred.
