Requires at least 3 years of experience in power utility make-ready design and previous experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of joint-use utility pole standards and the ability to manage team performance and project workflows.
Description
Sigma Technologies is seeking an experienced Power Make-Ready Design Supervisor to lead a team supporting power utility and joint-use make-ready design projects. This is a working supervisor position that combines daily team leadership, technical oversight, performance management, and hands-on project support.
The ideal candidate has previously led make-ready designers in a team lead, supervisory, or management capacity. This person must be comfortable establishing priorities, monitoring quality and productivity, mentoring team members, and helping the team meet project requirements and deadlines.
This position may work fully remotely. However, new hires must attend an initial two-week, in-person paid orientation and training period at our main office in Perrysburg, Ohio.
