The Energy Efficiency Manager leads a team to implement regulated commercial energy efficiency programs while ensuring compliance with commission orders and budget targets. They are responsible for managing vendor contracts, overseeing program performance, and driving strategic initiatives to meet energy savings goals.
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in DSM or regulated program implementation and hold a 4-year accredited degree. Strong project management skills, financial accountability, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential for this role.
