The educator will provide nurturing care and creative education to young children while implementing inclusive and adaptive practices. They are also responsible for incorporating sustainability and eco-friendly choices into the children's learning experience.
Candidates must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and be able to work full-time with flexible start and finish times. An enhanced DBS certificate and two satisfactory references are required upon an offer of employment.

Level 3 Early Years Educator
📍 Location: Middlewood
💷 Salary: Up to £28,000 per year
🕘 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (working hours between 7:30am–6:00pm)

The Role:
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, explore and grow.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress, using observations to identify next steps and support individual development.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Adapt activities and approaches to meet individual needs and promote inclusive practice.
• Create a safe, hygienic and inspiring environment where children feel confident to explore.
• Support safeguarding procedures and contribute to risk assessments and best practice.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, attend meetings and take part in ongoing training and professional development.

Essential
• Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within an early years setting.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, patient approach.
• Ability to adapt practice to support individual children and diverse families.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work within nursery opening hours (7:30am–6:00pm).
Desirable
• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• A passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious practice.
• Experience creating engaging play-based learning opportunities.
