Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Qualifications nécessaires

Bonne compréhension des concepts en gestion des ressources humaines;

Capacité à appliquer des grilles de correction et à fournir une rétroaction claire et structurée;

Capacité à respecter des échéanciers stricts et à gérer efficacement sa charge de travail;

Moyenne cumulative minimale (C.G.P.A.) de 7,0;

Doit être disponible pendant les heures de cours;

Note minimale de A- dans ADM2337 ou l’équivalent;

Les candidats retenus doivent être disponibles pour rencontrer le professeur pendant un nombre d’heures par semaine convenu mutuellement, durant les heures normales de bureau (9 h à 17 h, du lundi au vendredi);

Doit être présent(e) pendant les heures de cours;

Expérience en enseignement en ligne considérée comme un atout;

Expérience avec les plateformes de vidéoconférence (p. ex. Microsoft Teams) considérée comme un atout;

La préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant déjà occupé un poste d’assistant(e) d’enseignement ou de correcteur(trice) pour ce cours;

La préférence sera accordée aux candidats inscrits à un programme de Telfer;

Veuillez fournir clairement une preuve de réussite du cours ou de son équivalent;

Les candidats présélectionnés pourraient être invités à passer un test ou à une entrevue avec le professeur ou le coordonnateur du cours;

La préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant déjà été correcteur(trice)s pour ADM2337 (ou l’équivalent) ou pour d’autres cours en gestion, parmi les candidats de même priorité d’embauche;

Les heures du contrat peuvent être réparties différemment entre les tâches, selon les besoins du professeur au cours de la session;

Les candidats doivent être situés à Ottawa pour toute la durée du cours (à l’exception des jours fériés officiels de l’Université), y compris pour la correction de l’examen final et le calcul des notes finales;
