Manage a performance and compliance system for all grant-funded projects to ensure adherence to federal, state, and institutional regulations. Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance departments to oversee reporting, conduct audits, and minimize operational risks.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in grants management and compliance, including 3 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of federal grant financial reporting regulations are essential.
