Training Delivery:

•Train direct & indirect customers.

•Deliver sessions to partners sales & technical teams.

•Internal staff trainings

•Conduct Somfy product certification programs

Material Preparation:

•Design and update training content & presentations

•Create product comparison guides & quick references

•Develop technical playbooks and objection-handling tools

Demo Equipment Design:

•Design and assemble training demo kits

•Maintain and update demo setups at showrooms

•Create interactive product experience environments

Home /Building Automation Knowledge:

•Master Somfy motorized solutions & Tahoma IOT ecosystem

•Stay updated on smart home and Integrated building environment trends

•Translate technical specs into customer benefits

Value Selling Enablement:

•Coach partners on value-based selling techniques.

•Help identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities.

•Strengthen Somfy value proposition communication.

Stakeholder Engagement:

•Coordinate training schedules with partners.

•Support product launch training rollouts.

Collect feedback to improve training effectiveness.

Education & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

•3–5 years of experience in a sales training, technical training, or presale's role. ideally within home automation, building automation, or smart building/IoT sectors

•Prior experience working with channel partners or distributors is a strong advantage

Technical Knowledge:

•Good understanding of motorized window covering systems/smart home ecosystems or building automation platforms (experience with Somfy products or Zigbee/Z-Wave/KNX protocols is a plus)

•Ability to read and explain basic wiring diagrams, system architectures, and product integration setups

•Comfortable with demo equipment assembly and basic troubleshooting

Sales & Training Skills:

•Exceptional grasp of value-based selling methodology, able to translate product features into customer and business benefits

•Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content for both technical and non-technical audiences

•Experience creating training materials: presentations, quick-reference guides, e-learning content, or product manuals

Soft Skills & Competencies:

•Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English

•Self-driven and able to manage multiple training programs simultaneously across different partner accounts

•Comfortable working across cultures and seniority levels i.e. from shop floor technicians to C-suite stakeholders

•Collaborative team player who can align closely with the sales team on priorities and pipeline
