The Event Coordinator manages reservation requests and advises clients on the capacity and capabilities of Student Center event spaces. They guide clients through the planning process, from initial tours and room diagrams to contract execution and post-event feedback.
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of high-quality customer service.

The Conference Coordinator serves registered student organizations, university departments, and external clients with their reservation and event planning needs for meetings and events to be held in Student Center-managed spaces. The Student Center Event Management office staff does not plan their own events for the office; instead they represent the venue and advise clients on room capacities, setup options, and equipment to clients wishing to host their events in the building. This position reports to the Event Management.
