The Program Assistant supports afterschool tutoring and parent partnership programs by preparing instructional materials and teaching courses. They also handle communication with parents in both English and Spanish and assist with data collection and program documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred. A valid driver's license, own transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
