Analista NOC
Objetivo: Realizar el monitoreo activo y proactivo de los sistemas, servicios, infraestructura tecnológica y enlaces de red de las sucursales, con el propósito de detectar comportamientos anómalos, anticiparse a posibles incidentes y minimizar los riesgos para la operación. La posición tiene un enfoque de NOC y observabilidad, por lo que deberá analizar de manera puntual lo que sucede en la infraestructura tecnológica. No se encuentra relacionada con actividades de monitoreo de vigilancia o seguridad física.
¿Qué necesitas tener para aplicar?
· Fundamentos de ITIL (Preferente)
· Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo como: Datadog, PRTG, Splunk, Zabbix, Dynatrace.
· Conocimiento básico o intermedio de Linux.
· Troubleshooting básico de redes.
