The Role
We’re looking for driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing SMB Fleet team. We’re building out a high-impact SDR team, and this isn’t a “smile and dial” environment. This is a role where you’ll own pipeline, work real opportunities, and develop skills that set you up for a long-term career in sales.
You’ll be working a 50/50 mix of inbound and outbound, engaging with real prospects and contributing directly to revenue. You’ll also be part of a team being built from the ground up — with hands-on coaching, strong leadership, and clear opportunities to advance quickly.

What You’ll Do
Build and manage pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
Connect with businesses to understand their needs and introduce Solera’s solutions
Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities forward
Execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on marketing-driven leads
Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals (calls, meetings, opportunities)
Leverage CRM tools and sales processes to track and manage opportunities
