Your Impact 

 

This role is part of the LATAM Foods FP&A team, providing support to CMO and CCO, and to the FP&A organization. This role is intended to provide full finance support to both ongoing deliverables and special projects, including (1) data analytics, (2) insights development, (3) business partnership, across Commercial, Marketing, and Communications functions. The position ought to ensure compliance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast (FCST) budgets in alignment with the priorities established in the annual functional and business strategy, while proactively identifying and recommending opportunities for cost efficiency and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor on a monthly basis the expenses and budget execution associated with CCO/CMO services, as well as its projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring that resource utilization aligns with approved business cases for projects and the services provided by these teams.
• Provide visibility into budget composition and spending execution to LATAM Foods Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
• With the support of the MCC team, ensure the integrity and accurate accounting of functional expenses in compliance with the Official Month-End Closing Calendar.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the assigned function or P&L line and present recommendations with potential solution and/or mitigation scenarios.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ESP processes for Marketing and Commercial.
• Supervise ComCat core processes – elevating insights to Sr Directors of Central Finance and ComCat and OU CFOs.  Track performance monthly and maintain Bright / Hot Spots master list.
• Partner with Customer Engagement team to support trade negotiations with key OT customers, providing insights on customer performance and other relevant benchmarks
• Lead Finance Communication material for LATAM Foods CEO and PepsiCo Foods CEO

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

 

• University Degree- required (Lic. Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountant, commercial).
• English fluency a must
• Strong Office skills – including great XLS modeling skills, PPT deck building skills, Power BI.
• Understanding of the LatAm P&L
• Understanding of Commercial and Marketing functions and willingness to learn more – including marketing, insights, sales, digital commerce
• Able to deliver insightful written communication that enable management decisions
