The Principal Engineer will lead cross-functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to identify waste and implement process improvements. They are also responsible for driving digitalization and automation efforts while fostering a culture of data-based decision-making across the organization.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools and statistical analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
