Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Analyze monthly financial performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations highlighting business performance and key financial metrics.
Partner with business units to monitor revenue, costs, gross margin, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Support business case development, investment analysis, pricing decisions, and scenario planning.
Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
Drive process improvements and automation in financial planning and reporting.
Collaborate with Accounting, Business Operations, Sales, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA qualification is preferred.
6–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, dashboards).
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and planning/reporting tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, or OneStream is preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is an added advantage.
