Markt-, klant- en concurrentieanalyse
Je volgt trends in de markt, het gedrag van klanten en prospects en relevante macro-economische evoluties op
Je voert kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve analyses, bevragingen en benchmarkstudies uit
Je detecteert opportuniteiten en risico’s op basis van data en onderzoek
Business Intelligence & data-analyse
Je analyseert interne data en vertaalt die naar bruikbare inzichten
Je ontwikkelt KPI’s en werkt samen met data teams om dashboards en rapporteringen op te zetten
Je brengt complexe data terug tot heldere, actiegerichte inzichten
Strategische ondersteuning
Je ondersteunt strategieontwikkeling en business cases met onderbouwde analyses (o.a. marktaandeel, segmentatie, groeipotentieel)
Je werkt mee aan foresight-oefeningen en scenario-analyses
Je identificeert kansen voor optimalisatie, groei en klantwaarde
Stakeholdermanagement & communicatie
Je presenteert inzichten en aanbevelingen aan interne en externe stakeholders (management, business units, Raad van Bestuur, …)
Je fungeert als neutrale sparringpartner bij strategische keuzes
Je werkt nauw samen met o.a. Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Data Analytics en externe partners
Uitbouw & onderhoud van een AI-ondersteund kennisplatform dat alle rapporten, studies en analyses verbindt tot bevraagbare, actiegerichte inzichten voor interne stakeholders.
Je rapporteert aan de Director Intelligence en speelt een sleutelrol in het verbinden van data, business en strategie.

Je bent een analytische denker met een sterke business mindset en het talent om data te vertalen naar heldere verhalen.
Achtergrond & ervaring
Masterdiploma (economie, statistiek, psychologie, bedrijfskunde, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in market intelligence, business intelligence of consultancy
Ervaring in een complexe organisatie met meerdere stakeholders is een plus
Analytische & technische skills
Sterke kennis van marktonderzoeksmethodes en strategische analysetechnieken (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter, …)
Ervaring met dataverwerking en analyse (Excel, SQL; kennis van SPSS, Python of R is een plus)
Je weet inzichten visueel en begrijpelijk te maken
Praktische kennis van AI om bovenstaande vaardigheden naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
