As the organization continues expanding its digital presence, they are seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic acquisition, improve search visibility, and establish long-term authority across multiple legal and AI-focused web properties.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search visibility, and establish authority across multiple legal and AI-focused web properties. The SEO Specialist will work directly with leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize existing assets, and build long-term organic acquisition channels. This role requires a highly analytical and technically proficient professional who understands how to combine technical SEO, content strategy, competitive research, and performance analysis to generate meaningful business outcomes.

Technical SEO & Site Optimization
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
Identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and performance issues.
Optimize site architecture, internal linking structures, and metadata.
Monitor website health and proactively identify SEO risks.
Maintain strong technical SEO foundations across multiple web properties.
Conduct keyword research across legal, AI, and related markets.
Identify high-value ranking opportunities and content gaps.
Build content roadmaps aligned with business goals and search intent.
Collaborate with content creators and AI-assisted content workflows.
Develop long-term content strategies that support organic growth objectives.
Optimize landing pages, blog content, and key site pages for organic visibility.
Improve title tags, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup, and content structure.
Ensure content follows SEO best practices while maintaining a strong user experience.
Support ongoing optimization initiatives across multiple websites and domains.
Analyze competitor websites, rankings, backlink profiles, and content strategies.
Monitor industry trends and search algorithm changes.
Identify opportunities to gain market share through SEO initiatives.
Develop strategies to improve domain authority and search presence.
Support long-term growth initiatives through competitive and market analysis.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO performance metrics.
Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
Measure ROI and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and growth trends.
Communicate SEO performance and strategic recommendations to leadership.
3+ years of SEO experience with proven organic growth results.
Experience managing SEO for competitive industries.
Experience supporting multiple websites or domains simultaneously.
Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing optimization initiatives.
Experience developing and executing SEO content strategies.
Experience tracking SEO performance metrics and reporting business impact.
Legal industry SEO experience is a strong plus but not required.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles.
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GA4.
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Strong keyword research and content strategy capabilities.
Understanding of backlink strategies and authority-building initiatives.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows.
