Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling the company's B2B customer acquisition efforts, with Google Ads serving as the primary growth channel. The Growth Marketing Manager will manage paid search campaigns, oversee outbound email marketing, CRM automation, reporting, lead nurturing, and AI-driven marketing initiatives while building scalable acquisition systems that generate measurable business results. This role is ideal for a hands-on growth marketer who enjoys balancing campaign execution, performance optimization, marketing operations, and business strategy.

B2B Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the company's B2B customer acquisition strategy.
Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities across marketing channels.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.
Build scalable acquisition systems that support long-term business growth.
Google Ads Management
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
Manage advertising budgets with a focus on lead quality, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Experience developing marketing reporting and performance dashboards.
Experience implementing marketing automation and AI-driven workflows.
