The Site Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing supply plans for Finished Goods and affiliate-supplied APIs to ensure optimal inventory levels and uninterrupted product supply. This role acts as a key link between Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations to balance supply, demand, and capacity requirements.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in supply or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP and advanced planning tools like Kinaxis is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

The Site Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing supply plans for Finished Goods and affiliate-supplied APIs to ensure optimal inventory levels, capacity utilization, and uninterrupted product supply. This role serves as the key link between Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Operations, leveraging Kinaxis and SAP to balance demand, supply, inventory, and capacity requirements while meeting customer commitments and business objectives.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $69,000 to $86,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; RRSP savings plan; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
