We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Business Analyst - Regulatory reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for defining, documenting and gathering all appropriate KPI & KRI measures, methodologies, calculations and thresholds across MSS Operations, aligned to the process taxonomy
• Ensuring models delivered meet the requirements of the business therefore the appropriate data governance is applied
• Define and design new data methodologies that inform our business partners of the operational performance of our clients
• Influence, steer, senior stakeholders to lock down the measures which are foundational to our strategic data solution
• Evidence of delivery and communication to stakeholders
• Proven trusted relationships with Senior stakeholders       

To be successful you will:

• Advanced SQL, Data Quality, Data Protection, Data Governance and Analytics
• Has proven experience in Banking Operations, in particular Markets and Securities Services e.g. Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities, Equities, Custody, Funds Administration
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving self-starter, with ability to champion and drive change
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Advanced experience in Microsoft products, including Excel and VBA
• Advanced experience in data modelling, data governance and data assurance
• Strong organizational skills – ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Is fluent in agile methodology and have experience in mobilizing agile pods and structures.
