Drive the operating model for Operations by managing annual planning, OKRs, and reporting to the Chief of Finance and Head of Operations. The role focuses on optimizing data sources, identifying process inefficiencies, and scaling operational tools to support company growth.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth SaaS company. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to handle ambiguity, and a proven track record of driving quantifiable business impact.

The Strategy & Operations Manager will work cross functionally within our group and across Thatch to drive and enable the growth of Operations. You will lead mission critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute on strategic initiatives. You may design new business systems and processes to scale our group, develop operations strategy, help us build and launch new processes, or unlock new opportunities for efficiency.
This is a high-impact role working across Servicing, Carrier Enrollments,and general Operations, to help us scale what’s working – and fix what’s not. If you love bringing clarity to chaos, diving into Operations data, and partnering closely with a growing Operations team, this role is for you.
