The Data Governance Manager will develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance. They will also design HIPAA-compliant de-identification programs and foster a culture of data stewardship across the organization.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in data governance or management with a strong understanding of data quality, metadata, and regulatory frameworks like HIPAA. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will develop the standards and policies that govern how data is managed across its lifecycle, establish a data use program with clear quality standards, and design a de-identification program that complies with HIPAA requirements to enable responsible analytics and research. This role turns governance requirements into practical, adoptable processes and controls, so that data across Omnicell is accurate, trusted, and used in accordance with applicable law and internal policy.

Base Compensation: $96,600.00 to $140,000.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
