The Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, develop user stories, and facilitate backlog refinement sessions within an Agile IAM team. They will also serve as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams while managing project documentation and reporting.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or project management. Additionally, at least 1 year of experience managing Identity Access Management (IAM) projects is required.

This Senior Business Systems Analyst IAM will be aligned to the Customer/Colleague Identity teams, within the Identity Access Management group at Huntington.

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
