The Head Cashier manages front-end operations by training and monitoring cashiers while ensuring world-class customer service. Responsibilities include handling cash drawers, processing returns, and supporting general store maintenance and stocking.
A high school diploma and experience in retail or grocery environments are preferred, specifically one year of cashiering and supervisory experience. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.
