The Tennis Pro is responsible for leading tennis clinics, providing private lessons, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the resort's tennis facilities. They also assist guests with various resort activities and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and processing payments.
Candidates must hold a USPTA or USPTR certification and maintain an NTRP 4.5 level or above. A high school diploma, current CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 2 years of resort customer service experience are required.

Basic Function: Supports the resort’s tennis program through leading tennis clinics and giving lessons. Provide resort guests and owners with direction and information regarding the tennis and activity department and other services. Maintain a motivational, welcoming, clean, and relaxed atmosphere for all who utilize the tennis and related facilities

Minimum Requirements:
USPTA or USPTR certification and NTRP 4.5 level or above rated player. High school diploma or equivalent. Retail knowledge helpful. 2+ years resort customer service experience preferred. Must possess a vast knowledge of the resort and local community. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Computer skills required. Strong team member relations. Must maintain current CPR and First Aid certification. Must be in excellent physical health with the ability to play tennis consistently without long breaks. Safety sensitive position.
