As an Outside Salesperson, you will serve as the face of Pro Active Pest Control in the field by evaluating customer properties, identifying service opportunities, educating customers, and providing accurate and professional quotes for specialty services. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.This role requires strong sales ability, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while helping grow the Specialty Division and overall company success.

This is a exempt salary position - Compensation includes a base salary plus commission opportunities.
Expected Total Compensation Range: $70,000 – $120,000+ annually depending on production and sales performance. Commission and incentive opportunities are based on company bonus/commission plans and performance metrics.
