Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in mortgage loan closing or funding. Proficiency in mortgage software such as Mortgage Builder, Point, and Doc Magic is required.

Summary: The Closer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely production of closing documents, reviewing executed documents for compliance with investor guidelines, and preparing the necessary paperwork for loan funding. This role also provides high-quality customer service to APM branch offices, closing agents, investors, warehouse banks, and internal departments.
