Provides administrative, technical, and customer service support for the Keep Odessa Beautiful department, including data management and record keeping. Responsibilities also include performing field surveys, managing special projects, and coordinating departmental logistics and supplies.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of clerical and computer experience. A valid Texas State Driver's License is mandatory, and a Notary Public certification is desired.

Summary: Under basic supervision, performs a variety of responsible administrative, technical support, and customer service duties, using knowledge of the operations and policies of the City and Keep Odessa Beautiful.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience Guidelines: A high school diploma or GED is required, AND two years of clerical and computer experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
License and certification requirements: A valid Texas State Driver's License is required. Notary public is desired.
Physical demands and working environment: Working inside the office and in all kinds of weather conditions outdoors, after regular working hours and some weekends. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to operate equipment, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
