The Account Manager is responsible for driving direct sales and managing customer relationships to increase regional market share for automation products. This role involves conducting customer visits, maintaining a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and demonstrate strong communication and computer skills. Experience in oil and gas automation and knowledge of electrical wellhead products are preferred.
Description
The Account Manager is accountable for direct sales and customer service support to Automation-X’s customers with a focus on new customer growth and increasing regional market share. This position is responsible for customer-facing visits, phone, email and customer cold calling. The Account Manager works with customers in all areas of their operations from both field and corporate office to deliver Auto-X’s products and solutions, ensuring sales goals are achieved. The Account Manager reports to the Regional Sales Lead (if applicable) or the National Sales Manager.
