This Retail Leadership opportunity is perfect for someone who’s passionate about supporting store performance and growing their career. As Assistant Concession Manager, you’ll work closely with the Concession Manager and Retail Brand Manager to help drive the performance of our Sportscraft & JAG concession pads in our new location - Myer, Mackay. You'll play a hands-on role across sales, people support, visual merchandising, rostering and customer experience.
As an Assistant Concession Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador for all our brands, supporting and inspiring your team to provide exceptional and personalised customer service.
1. Supporting sales and rankings across all brands and pads, constantly monitoring, tracking and responding
2. Build strong working relationships and communicate regularly with Myer store and floor management teams
3. Team support and day-to-day leadership
4. Deliver exceptional customer experience through on brand teams & product knowledge
5. Support visual merchandising and pad presentation in line with each brand’s standard
6. Operations, planning and administration
