Act as the first point of contact for the service by managing reception and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities include handling mail, answering inquiries about services, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must have a Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience, along with extensive rostering experience and a valid Queensland Drivers License. A Police Screening Certificate or NDIS Worker Screening is required.
Ozcare has a casual opportunity available for an Administration Support Officer based out of our Mackay Aged Care Facility.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.
Your tasks will include:
General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc).
Management of incoming and outgoing mail.
Providing advice and information on Ozcare’s products and services.
Preparing detailed documents.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
We’re looking for a person who has what it takes to support our team to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
You will have:
Excellent time management skills.
A professional phone manner.
The willingness to go the extra mile.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work autonomously and ensure your tasks are completed on time.
Must have extensive rostering experience and be available to work a rotating roster.
Experience working in aged care environment would be desirable.
