The Service Coordinator handles incoming customer calls, dispatches work orders, and schedules planned maintenance. They are also responsible for procurement of materials, processing invoices, and maintaining customer service records to ensure high satisfaction.
Candidates should have a college degree, trade school certification, or equivalent experience, with a preference for 1-3 years in dispatch or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial knowledge are required.
