The pharmacist is responsible for delivering direct patient care, managing disease states, and optimizing medication therapy. Additionally, they supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and interns while ensuring a safe and compliant operational environment.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a Pharm.D and possess an active pharmacy license in the state of practice. Certification as an immunizer and the ability to work a flexible schedule are also required.
