Lead and develop the Customer Service team while overseeing the full Order-to-Cash process to ensure compliance and service level achievement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex order issues and drive continuous process improvement.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or O2C roles with proven leadership experience. Candidates must have a minimum B2 level of proficiency in both spoken and written English and German, along with deep knowledge of SAP SD.

Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team; manage workload, priorities, and performance;
Oversee the full O2C process and ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level achievement;
Manage escalations involving key customers, complex orders, credit issues, and delivery challenges;
Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics, and plants to ensure alignment and resolve issues;
Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization;
Ensure documentation quality, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies.
Good command of spoken and written English and French - minimum B2 level;
3- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, O2C etc.);
Proven leadership experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash roles;
Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Deep knowledge of O2C, SAP SD, and international commercial processes;
Ability to motivate teams, drive improvements, and manage high-impact situations effectively.
