Manage the order workflow by processing sales orders in CRM and ERP systems while maintaining accurate customer records. Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies, handle invoicing, and support revenue recognition processes.

Are you a detail-driven communicator who thrives in a high-volume setting?

We're on the lookout for an Order Desk Agent to manage the heart of our order workflow-ensuring accuracy, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the Order & Delivery Team located in Bucharest and managed by the Senior Business Controller.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately maintain and update customer records in our CRM and ERP systems

· Check requirements, qualify incoming sales orders in CRM, and process them promptly into the ERP.

· Create, update, and follow the order fulfillment within the ERP for sales orders and customer projects

· Coordinate seamlessly with Sales to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies

· Prepare, send, and follow up on customer invoices, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of inquiries

· Assist in revenue recognition processes to support accurate financial reporting

· Track the order status and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements & Qualifications

· English Fluent mandatory

.High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.

· Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in order processing, customer support, or a related role.

· Exceptional attention to detail, with an analytical mindset.

· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills—clear, polite, and professional.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience using CRM/ERP systems preferred.
